I am having a 100% Kosher Parve wedding in Tampa...if you switch to the west coast I could be of more help! :)

 I don't know many, however, check with your venue to see if you can bring in outside caterers, a lot of the venues i've looked at in SoFL have their own kosher catering (I don't know about certificates, etc) For example I know that the marco polo in sunny isles doesn't allow outside caterers but they have kosher caterin on site. Check the local vendors on here, and the soFL boards :)

 Check with the local Chabad or Aish Hatorah, they will likely be aware of many options that might not be googleable.  Many Orthodox venues/vendors don't have website and often rely on word of mouth for business, so check with a local Orthodox rabbi/rebbetzin and you will get a lot more options.

 I don't know if you picked out your cater yet... however, if you haven't call Aroma Catering (KOSHER) speak with Randy John (tell him Eva Goldstein referred you) and talk with him about venues that he works with.  He has several options.

You can do the same with EXECUTIVE CATERING (I spoke with them but went with Randy because of price - offerings)
